I always find one layer cards challenging (I love dimension) but I decided to give it a go this time - here is my card:
I kept it pretty simple - both the image and the greeting are from an older MFT stamp set. I coloured the image with Copics and then added lots of glitter with Stickles and Nuvo drops.

Love this image and this card doesn't need any dimension -I think this looks just perfect as one layer. Great coloring and I LOVE the stickles -it's the perfect embellishment for the image! xxx
