TIME OUT #159 - Inspired By Words

We have some wonderful words to inspire you to create at TIME OUT this fortnight:

Our sponsor for this challenge is Newton's Nook who are offering the winner a $25 store credit :) - they have a wonderful selection of stamps of Newton with books but unfortunately, I don't have any in my stash so I opted to use a NBUS Ton stamp set called Haute Books to create my library inspired scene. I wanted to create a softer look on this card so I stamped in grey ink and I coloured with my Prismacolours (I don't do a lot of pencil crayon colouring). I also used a soft colour scheme - they don't show up very well in the photo lighting - and I highlighted with silver-gold with the Sakura sparkle pen and the Wink of Stella glitter pen (again- doesn't show in the photos but I love how it catches the light IRL!)

I hope you find some inspiration from these words and find some TIME OUT to play along with us!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Jill

  3. Love this bookshelf image, Jill. I can imagine what it looks like IRL. Hoping you are well and safe. One Month on Sunday... I think our schools will be closed here for the rest of the year. Strange times. So many stories of sorrow and joy, sadness and creativity. Really quite a remarkable thing to be going through, both the good and bad. Be well...
